Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.
●

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
●

Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until sales are closed.
●

Visit customers, workshops, project sites, mining sites, construction companies, and other potential clients.
●

Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or solutions.
●

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
●

Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer satisfaction after sales.
●

Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and closed sales.
●

Collect market information, competitor prices, customer feedback, and sales opportunities.
●

Work closely with the operations, procurement, and technical teams to ensure correct product supply and good customer service.

●

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
●

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
●

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
●

Ability to generate leads and close sales.
●

Good reporting, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
●

Willingness to conduct field visits and meet customers directly.
●

Experience in heavy equipment, spare parts, mining, construction, automotive, or industrial products is an added advantage.
●

Fluent in English and Kiswahili.

●

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales support.
●

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
●

Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
●

Good presentation, negotiation, and planning ability.
●

Ability to work in the field and meet potential customers.
●

Knowledge of heavy equipment, spare parts, mining, construction, or industrial products is an added advantage.
●

Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
